  • Outer Material: Premium suede fabric
  • Imported
  • Non slip TPR sole
  • PLAYFUL LOOK: Fun never goes extinct when the bashful cat jumps into the upper of these home slippers. You will find a fluffy little paw on each vamp and sweet words on the left shoe. All is designed to have you gain a home feeling.
  • WARM YET BREATHABLE: These adorable winter slippers feature soft suede upper that enables stuffiness-free warmth, slightly roomy shape for fresh air-flow and moisture-absorbing lining.
  • NON-SLIP SOLE: TPR gains the popularity for lightness, high elasticity and good resistance to ripping, thus these TPR-soled indoor slippers will keep shape well even in poor condition and are grippy enough to fight against any accidental slips.
  • WALKING ON THE PILLOW: Soft and plush, suede fabric appears on the lining as well as the insole to cuddle your feet in gentle softness, enabling pillow-like footing. The rounded toe is built up to allow for wiggle room.
  • UNIVERSAL OCCASIONS: Ideal for any indoor use, such as the bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, office, study, etc. Even you can slip on these cute slippers to grab morning paper or mails. They can also be great gifts to meet oncoming festivals.

You don’t necessarily need to upgrade to a DSLR or mirrorless camera system to get better photographs than you can with your smartphone. A point and shoot camera is your best bet if you want something small and lightweight for travel and if you don’t want to bother buying, transporting and changing lenses.

I’ve selected cameras with high quality built in multipurpose optical zoom lenses so that you have good coverage for your subjects from wide angle to telephoto. A point and shoot with a fixed non-interchangeable (prime) lens really doesn’t make sense to me since they are not practical for many photography scenarios so I’ve left those ones out.

Best on a Budget

These are my selections for the best Point and Shoot cameras on the market. The higher megapixels sensors and larger sensor sizes produce a sharper and better digital image and allow you to print to a larger high resolution image. They also allow for manual control of exposure settings which is essential in taking your photography up a level.

All of these selections allow for good quality HD video. For best of the best I’ve chosen cameras under $1000 dollars because you can enter the still portable mirrorless interchangeable lens camera category for $1000 and above. Also for these best of the best cameras there isn’t much improvement to image quality as you approach $1000 and above.

These camera selections all have excellent lens speed. Some of these selections can shoot in RAW uncompressed format.

Designer / Ralph Rapson

Ralph Rapson was more than a groundbreaking midcentury architect. While at Cranbook Academy in the late 30s, the budding designer took advantage of the school’s open studio system to experiment with furniture design using plywood, metal, and fabrics—often with the likes of Harry Bertoia, Charles Eames, and Eero Saarinen.

He applied his remarkable drawing skills to effectively express both the functionality and comfort of his furniture designs; many of them playfully depicting fashionably clad people relaxing in vogue.

Rapson’s drawings clearly conveyed that he wasn’t merely creating aesthetically pleasing sculptural pieces (although they certainly were) but also beautiful forms designed for utility and a new lifestyle.

Climate change can be regarded as one of the most relevant, complex, controversial, and normative issues of our time. Due to the phenomenon’s intangibility and unobtrusiveness, the social task of transmitting it to the population lies, by and large, with the media (Carvalho, Fashion Sandals For Women AntiSlip Flat Summer Beach Slippers Soft Slides Yellow MBr4hiruA
; Moser, BCLN Womens Open toe Sandals Latin Salsa Tango Heels Practice Ballroom Dance Shoes with 275 Heel Silver I6e9g
; Schäfer Schlichting, Andre Assous Alma Womens High Heel Sandal Cobra Platinum KGZ66TRyZ
). Therefore, the influence of the media on the audience’s perception of climate change should not be underestimated.

Boykoff ( MuckBoots Womens Tack II Mid Equestrian Work Boot Black/Hot Pink S7dHy
, p. 167) argued that the media negotiate meaning and influence the sense-making process (see also Boykoff, McNatt, Goodman, 2015 ). The impact of the media coverage on the public concern for climate change has also been demonstrated empirically (e.g., Brulle, Carmichael, Jenkins, AmoonyFashion Womens Kitten Heels Solid Zipper Open Toe Sandals Black rLzZzq
).

In particular the way in which climate change is represented or framed in the news media may influence the audience (Corbett Durfee, XIAFEN Mens Convient LaceUp Comfortable Casual Business Loafers Shoes Wine Red 7VlYS
; Hart, Lowa Womens Renegade GoreTEX Mid Nubuck Boots Brown 3KfSkB9k
; Lewandowsky, Gignac, Vaughan, 2013 ; Nisbet, 2009 ). The media representations or frames are, in turn, the outcomes of journalistic decisions (Dunwoody, 1992 ).

This article focuses on the antecedents of these news decisions. From a media sociology perspective, the factors influencing news decisions can be arranged in a model of concentric spheres from the micro level of the individual communicator over the meso level of media routines and organizations to the macro level of culture and ideology (Shoemaker Reese, Dr Scholls Womens Scout Sneaker US 11 M SiZ7CU7Gxq
). All these factors have in common that they are channeled through the communicator, which emphasizes the role of the individual climate journalist in the process.

This general theory of media content (Shoemaker Reese, 2014 ) can also be applied to climate change communication, as has been done both implicitly and explicitly in this volume. While Gibson (in this volume) covers the organizational level and Anderson (in this volume) deals with the influence of the news sources, this article is dedicated to the journalistic background, professional norms, and culture (Figure 1 ).
